Day of Coordinating

Milestone Meetings

Schedule key check-ins between the client and coordinator to ensure all details are on track.

Primary Point of Contact

Serve as the main point of contact during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding.

Venue Set-up Oversight

Supervise the set-up at both the ceremony and reception venues to ensure everything is in place.

Floor Plan Review

Review the floor plan to ensure optimal layout and smooth event flow.

Event Timeline Creation

Develop a detailed, comprehensive timeline for the wedding day.

Day-of Coordinator Team

Provides 1 Lead Day-of Coordinator. (Can provide 1-2 assistants depending on the complexity of the event and guest count).

Vendor Coordination

Maintain direct communication with all vendors one month prior to the event, ensuring smooth execution on the wedding day. 

Etiquette & Troubleshooting

Offer expert advice on etiquette and help manage any      unexpected or challenging situations.

Event Cueing

Coordinate with the DJ or band for key moments such as speeches, toasts, special dances, cake cutting, and more. 

Wedding Party Assistance

Help the wedding party and family with managing      flowers, corsages, and boutonnieres.

Placement of Personal Items

Ensure proper placement of personal and small items at the ceremony and reception, including props, programs, toasting flutes, cake knife, table numbers, menus, name cards, bar signage, and more. 

Vendor Payments

Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as per the couple’s instructions.
